This policy is designed to protect the highly limited availability required for our services. By confirming your appointment, you agree to these terms.

1. Required Notice Period

We require a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice for any service cancellation or rescheduling request.

Free Reschedule: 
If you notify us more than 72 hours before your confirmed time, we will happily reschedule your booking at no charge.

2. Late Cancellation Fee (Under 72 Hours)

If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 72 hours notice, Taurean Caravan Services reserves the right to charge a Late Cancellation Fee of £75 for a weekend slot OR £30 for a weekday slot.

This fee compensates for the lost capacity of a slot that cannot be filled by another client in time.

Note: If you paid a non-refundable deposit upon booking, the deposit will be retained and credited toward this fee.

3. No-Show Policy

If we arrive at the agreed-upon location at the confirmed time, and the vehicle is not accessible, or the customer is not present (no-show), the full Late Cancellation Fee of £75 (weekend) OR £30 (weekday) will be invoiced immediately.

This fee must be settled before any future bookings can be confirmed.

A Note on Time: As we are a mobile, specialised service, prompt cancellation allows another customer on our waiting list to benefit from our limited availability. Thank you for respecting our time.
